Tughan & Cochrane Ltd was founded by Sandy & Alice Cochrane in 2004 as a means to manage their
own rental properties. Over the intervening years the company has grown steadily and now
manages a diverse portfolio of quality housing across the Highlands of Scotland.
By focussing solely on the increasingly regulated PRS we have become extremely efficient at
providing cost-effective management expertise to individual landlords, companies and tenants alike.
