Photographic Inventory & Deposit Administration
It is very important to create an accurate report depicting the condition of your property prior to every tenancy. The onus is on us to provide evidence of tenant liability in the cases of damage or if the tenant disputes a claim against their deposit. Our clear, time and date stamped photographic inventories help to safeguard your investment.
We collect and lodge tenant deposits with the Scottish Government approved Letting Protection Service. Deposit repayment administration including the mediation of any tenant disputes will be dealt with on your behalf.
Rent Collection Services & Legal Process
Monthly rental payments are collected from the tenant and paid out to our landlords promptly. We liaise directly with tenants if they fall into arrears and work with them to resolve any issues.
Property Maintenance, Periodic Visits & Reports
The ongoing care of your property is our upmost priority. We arrange periodic maintenance inspection visits, create mid-term condition reports and manage any repairs in a prompt fashion. Your input is requested prior to instructing any works, regardless of how minor.

Breaches of Tenancy
You will have the full value of our experience of dealing with breaches of tenancy. We will follow the correct legal process to ensure that the agreement with the tenant is brought to its conclusion in the correct manner.
